Creative ways to Drink more Water



We've all heard we need to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water. If you are like me, this can be a huge struggle. So what can you do to make it easier to obtain this goal? Below are 5 ways to help. #drinkmorewater #drinkwater #hydration #stayhydrated


1) Buy a water bottle you think is "cute". Sometimes just a pretty container is good enough to get more water in.

2) Put bands on your bottle (at least 6). After drinking a glass of water, remove a band. This is instant feedback on how great you are doing throughout the day.

3) Infuse some fresh fruit. Trying to chug water every day can be challenging if it is tasteless,. Adding some fresh fruit can add a bit of excitement making it easier to drink.

4) There's an App for that. Using an app allows you to track your water consumption and set goals for the day. It will send reminders when you are behind so you can catch up.

5) When you wake up, and before each meal, drink a glass of water.
